Research Internship

A structured six-month internship for recent graduates who want to learn how institutional research is actually produced — from data collection through to a published note carrying your name.

What you will do

  • Collect, clean and verify economic and market data
  • Support analysts with research, modelling and fact-checking
  • Draft sections of research notes under supervision
  • Contribute to the FlowWealth glossary and educational content
  • Complete one independent research project during the placement

What we are looking for

  • Recent graduate in economics, finance, statistics, accounting or a related field
  • Strong written English
  • Competence with spreadsheets and a willingness to learn analytical tooling
  • Demonstrable interest in Ghanaian and African markets

Useful, not essential

  • Prior internship in financial services
  • Familiarity with Python or R
