Research Internship
A structured six-month internship for recent graduates who want to learn how institutional research is actually produced — from data collection through to a published note carrying your name.

What you will do
- Collect, clean and verify economic and market data
- Support analysts with research, modelling and fact-checking
- Draft sections of research notes under supervision
- Contribute to the FlowWealth glossary and educational content
- Complete one independent research project during the placement
What we are looking for
- Recent graduate in economics, finance, statistics, accounting or a related field
- Strong written English
- Competence with spreadsheets and a willingness to learn analytical tooling
- Demonstrable interest in Ghanaian and African markets
Useful, not essential
- Prior internship in financial services
- Familiarity with Python or R
